Yes, fix our roads, bridges, etc. Plenty of federal properties that need maintenance or replacement. Lots of shovel ready projects. Yes, Obama couldn’t find them but I am sure Trump is a bit more competent in the matter. Personally, I suggest congress give him a blank check to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Take money from Planned Parenthood, public broadcasting, etc. if needed. Take it from federally funded transgendering.
And DC politicians support *any* spending.
There’ll be no problems getting an infrastructure bill passed.
Along with all of the riders. :p
Yes, indeed! Truer words were never spoken.
Does Infrastructure mean highways and their attaching bridges? I thought that was a local decision on how to pay for those. If it’s a federal matter, even partially, then I say do it. Every instance of heavy rains makes me thankful for well maintained drainage systems and properly filled in potholes. The wrong size of pothole can total your car very easily.
You mean all the pot holes in the road?

Wait until the Democrats have power and define the meaning of “infrastructure”.
The reason that the projects funded in 2009 were not shovel-ready was the fact that it can take years, even decades, to get all the environmental permits approved for project initiation. There are still vast tranches of money sitting in escrow accounts waiting to be spent when the environmental permitting process is complete. This is why Trump held that press conference. He is going to drastically curtail the process and open the way for Obama's projects to finally begin.
But that's just the beginning. Trump's curtailing means that money allocated for new projects won't have to go through the decades-long process. Money that Congress appropriates for infrastructure spending can be released much more quickly.
The press conference got a lot of headlines because Trump lambasted the Mainstream Media over fake news, but the content of the infrastructure portion of the press conference was just as important.
Free sex change operations for everyone (to be paid for by the taxpayers, of course).
What the hell happened to that trillion dollar Obama spent ?
Nobody asked me. Typical of so-called polls.
Just how many sexes are there these daze?
Highways, bridges, tunnels, airports and railroads.
Why do you think the DC swampdwellers are rich beyond the dreams of avarice ?
64 ? You’ll have to ask some wymyn’s studies college professor or special snowflake SJW to find out.
Now here is something the swamp critters can all agree on — more spending of your money.
