THEY HATE EVERYBODY (Stupidity of Hate Crime Laws)
New York Post ^ | July 27, 2003

Edited on 05/26/2004 5:15:15 PM PDT by Jim Robinson. [history]

They arrested five teenagers last week, charging them with repeated acts of vandalism - which included the painting of swastikas and anti-Jewish and racist epithets.

But they're not sure they can charge them with having committed a hate crime on a local church.

"But they're not sure they can charge them with having committed a hate crime on a local church."

Thanks for posting this article. Yesterday a Church in the Boston suburb of Woburn, (Saint Charles), was set on fire and destroyed for the second time. Yes, it made the local news, but only as an afterthought. No headlines of "HATE CRIMES" anywhere. Were this a Temple or a Mosque that phony outrage would be pasted all over the newspapers and other electronic media. But hey, it's only a Catholic Church that was torched twice, no big deal.

I suppose the good news is that Jesus warned us this would happen, and told us to feel good about being persecuted in His name.

Hate-thought laws, court-ordered "senativity" training, laws banning private citizens from running campaingn ads 60 days from a general election, state supreme courts invalidating voter-approved amendments to their state constitutions...50 years ago, nothing like this could have happned. Now it's the law and public policy. Welcome to the People's Republic of America.

As a kid I got the best answer after asking my brother in law, an officer in the USMC, if he was racists. He said, "I can find a reason to hate anyone without bringing their race into it.

MIDI - BOTH SIDES NOW

Every white guy’s honkey scum…and every black’s a lazy bum
Italians all are Mafia…I’ve learned my history

The Germans started every war…each Catholic high school girl’s a whore
Colombians all deal cocaine…all Jews want things for free

I’ve looked around and I can see…I'm glad we have diversity
I hate all people equally…I don’t want anyone to live… next to me

Puerto Ricans love their knives…and athletes always beat their wives
The Mexicans all sneak in here…male dancers all are queer

An Asian woman cannot drive…why must a towel head be alive
A redneck’s IQ’s fifty five…the Irish chug their beer

I’ve looked around and I can see…I'm glad we have diversity
I hate all people equally…I don’t want anyone to live… next to me

Hate crimes are crap. Why should one persons death be worth more than anyone elses?

Given that we have to live wit this because it IS law, what we need is consistancy. Hate crimes, like (gulp) tolerance, only go ONE WAY, and that's the black way

No you say????How many people recall the Carr brothers, hmmm? They murdered 5 white people in Kansas not too long ago, but ya had to look hard to hear anything about it.

Now, WHY is that?.....retoricle question

This is no better than nazi germany when you arrest and charge people because of what they believe or express. This is just an excuse to arrest white people.

It seems that because the vandalism was directed at so many groups - instead of specifically targeting one ethnic class

You cant class them as bigots if they hate equally. They are only following the Equal Opportunity laws </ sarcasm>

We can still be fired at our place of employment for expressing our opinion even if it does not affect our job performance.

AND THEY PULLED THE MOST STUPID STUNT LAST WEEK BY PROMOTING A TOTALLY UNQUALIFIED PERSON TO A POSITION OF SUPERVISION!

And No, I did not apply or want the position.

What, what???

They (we, actually) would have done something to have deserved it, I suppose.

I don't get the whole hate crime thing either. Crime, by its very nature, implies hatred of something or someone. 'Nuf said.

Ah yes, the Wichita Horror. Buried deeper than jimmy Hoffa, wasn't it?

Hate crimes, like (gulp) tolerance, only go ONE WAY, and that's the black way

Let's call Larry Elder, and add THAT to the list of things you can't say in America, whacha think?
