The media’s favorite gun control activist, Parkland, Fla., student David Hogg, wants you to know he’s "disgusted." Hogg, who just turned 18, has became a constant media fixture since last month’s mass shooting in Florida. And in almost every interview Hogg’s given over the last four weeks, Hogg's at some point mentioned that he’s “disgusted” or that he finds something “disgusting.” Here are 16 things that disgust David Hogg: 1 — Marco Rubio giving a long answer at the CNN town hall on gun control 2 — Donald Trump Jr. liking a tweet 3 — The NRA opposing bans on...

“Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.” Except that now Han Solo isn’t sporting his famous blaster in newly released character shot posters. The revamped posters have removed all of the weapons from the characters, leaving them to look a little… odd. Clearly something is missing from the designs. They look very off. Here’s Han Solo and friends with their weapons… And without… According to Movie Web, the change comes both after controversy surrounding alleged plagiarism by the freelance artist and controversy about gun control in the aftermath of the Parkland,...

After the Feb. 14 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel didn't shy away from cameras, leading news conference after news conference and even going on national television for a CNN town hall meeting on gun control. But as Israel played to the nation, it remained a secret that his own deputies failed to enter the school to stop shooter Nikolas Cruz. Details were also missing on the agency's lack of follow-up to disturbing complaints about Cruz made to BSO prior to the shooting that portended... ....Israel also made that same apparently...

It’s lunchtime on a Tuesday, and the kids are piling into a pizzeria booth in Coral Springs, Fla., to plot a revolution. “The adults know that we’re cleaning up their mess,” says Cameron Kasky, an 11th-grader at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, who started the #NeverAgain movement to curb gun violence three weeks earlier in his living room. “It’s like they’re saying, ‘I’m sorry I made this mess,’” adds buzzcut senior Emma González, “while continuing to spill soda on the floor.” Kasky and González are sitting with two more of the movement’s leaders, Alex Wind and Jaclyn Corin. Except they’re...

One of the unavoidable tragedies of youth is the temptation to think that what is seen today has always been. Nowhere is this more noticeable than in our responses to the recent Parkland, Florida, massacre. Part of the responses to those murders are calls to raise the age to purchase a gun and to have more thorough background checks -- in a word, to make gun purchases more difficult. That's a vision that sees easy gun availability as the problem; thus, the solution is to reduce that availability. The vision that sees "easy" availability as the problem ignores the fact...

then Gets shot in the Junk Ever see a guy try to smack a fish with a loaded gun? You have to visualize this, he’s holding the gun by the barrel and trying to smack a fish with the buttstock of a rifle. Yes, its loaded. Not exactly the smartest fellow here. From a gun safety rule: don’t point any kind of gun at yourself or this might happen. Not sure if this was a BB gun or an airsoft gun, lets hope for his sake its not a real firearm. Anyways for the entertainment, here's how to lose something...

Two students who survived last month’s high school shooting in Parkland, Fla., said Monday that the leadership of the National Rifle Association (NRA) has “basically threatened” them since they started speaking out about gun violence. “I think it just goes to prove exactly what they are. I don’t think NRA members are bad people at all. I think they’re responsible gun owners that want to become politically active and make their voices heard in this democracy,” David Hogg told CBS News.
