    A new bill introduced in California’s state senate requires nursing homes and similar long-term care facilities to implement transgender bathroom policies. The bill makes it unlawful to require transgender residents to use the biologically correct bathroom, and prohibits nursing home employees from calling residents anything other than their chosen name and pronoun. Additionally, nursing homes that assign rooms based on gender will be prohibited from assigning rooms based on biological sex, if the bill passes.

    FULL TITLE: Charlotte schools drop plan to teach book about a boy who wears dresses after sparking a furious backlash from protesters who claimed they were indoctrinating children A picture book about a boy who wears dresses has been dropped from the curriculum of schools in North Carolina after it triggered a stream of protests from concerned parents. Schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area were due to teach Jacob's New Dress, by Sarah and Ian Hoffman, to first-graders as part of a lesson designed to discourage bullying. In the book teachers encourage children in a classroom to put on costumes and...

The show, put on by Viscosity Theatre, has earned attention for its "silly, ridiculous and raunchy" skits, such as its trademark "Proud to be a Homosexual" song, which is performed as a parody of "Proud to be an American." ... Transgenders dominate in weightlifting, track, wrestling, football, basketball, mixed martial arts. You’ve heard the expression, “Boys will be boys.” But what happens when a brawny boy wants to be one of the girls – fiercely competing with females in weightlifting, brutally tackling girls on the football field or even dealing powerful knockout punches to ladies in a mixed martial-arts cage? It’s now happening across America and around the world. Biological males are joining women’s teams, smashing records and dominating in sports such as weightlifting, softball, cycling, track, wrestling, football, volleyball, dodgeball, handball, cricket, golf, basketball and mixed martial arts. The movement for “equality” has apparently inspired transgender athletes...

    Last fall, California’s Legislature stood in solidarity with the LGBT community, voting to prohibit publicly funded travel to states that discriminate against gay and transgender individuals. They stood on principle to bar the expenditure of California tax dollars in states that had implemented bathroom bills that ban people from using public restrooms that do not correspond to the biological sex listed on their birth certificate. They stood in unity to speak out against laws that undermine basic human rights on the basis of a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. And then last week, they quietly sat down.

  • Mom: I never questioned transgenderism… until I met a man in the Disneyland bathroom

    Leftists smugly ask what they perceive to be THE “gotcha” question about trannies in restrooms: “So, are we going to have genital police?” To those smugsters, I ask, “How will you determine whether the burly, bearded, bulging-biceped person in the women’s restroom or locker room is a member of the “trans” cult or a predator pretending to be a member of the “trans” cult?” Please read this short blog post from liberal California mom Kristen Quintrall whose eyes were (partially) opened by an experience in the women’s restroom at Disneyland: I didn’t know if I was going to write this...

    Nearly half the Big Apple’s sexually active high-school girls have had female partners — and many engage in behavior that endangers their health, an alarming new study finds. Researchers from New York University and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine based their findings on a 2013 survey of public high-school students citywide — but most heavily in “high-risk neighborhoods” in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Of 4,600 girls surveyed, 1,101, or 27.5 percent, were sexually active. Of those, 513, or 46.6 percent, reported same-sex experiences, according to the study, published this month in the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology....

    I first thought I would pass this report up, but I believe at this point, it is time to pause and recognize the epidemic that has taken over America. Dear God, why is this happening here in our Country? Of course, it is not just here in America, it is the world over. This is overwhelming, and we have to understand why it is that society has fallen to this most evil of evils: pedophilia. I do not know of a worse crime against humanity, or a worse sin in God’s eyes. He must be weeping for all His lost...

    Gays Against Guns, an LGTB gun violence prevention group, launched its first ad campaign Thursday against the concealed carry reciprocity proposals pending in Congress. The latest demonstration from the group, founded in the wake of the Orlando nightclub shooting last year, features 20 advertisements shot in cities across the country depicting a protester holding a sign that reads “Not in my city” or “Not in my office,” among other randomly chosen locations. A second protester stands in the background, covered in a white veil, representing a victim of gun violence, the group says. H.R. 38 and S. 446 would bring...

THANK YOU, BOB" {..snip..}

Gabrielle Gibson, 33, figured that because her body is difference from many brides', she'd need to get her gown custom-made, but she still wanted to have the wedding dress shopping experience with her mother.

    They spent decades on the sidelines every March 17 loudly protesting their exclusion from the New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade, and proclaimed victory last year with the inclusion of the first Irish gay group, the Lavender and Green Alliance, but the protest group called Irish Queers appears to have had enough of the Fifth Avenue march after only a year and won’t take part in 2017. In a new post on its blog titled “Sorry not sorry! Join us this St. Patrick’s Day!,” a message from Irish Queers says the group will be “repping Irish America at a...

    Sweden’s government wants to do away with the law in the country which says that a medical intervention is required for a person’s gender change to be made official in legal terms. At present, Swedish law states that transgender people must go through a medical procedure before they can have their gender change legally recognized, but the government now wants to have the legal and medical aspects of changing gender separated. It has proposed two new laws: one on how gender is changed in legal terms, and another on the authorization of certain operations on sex organs and reproductive glands....
