  • Trump should take Dennis Rodman along

President Donald J. Trump should take Dennis Rodman along on his summit meeting with North Korea's Kim Jong Un. Rodman has actually been to NK to meet with the supreme leader, so he could help PDJT by breaking the ice. His presence would also explode heads all through official Washington D.C. and the MSM. It might actually cause the State Department to implode. I'm sitting here laughing just thinking about it. The crazy thing is, Dennis might actually help Trump swing a better deal.
  • 'I'm like a breakup he can't get over': James Comey joins Stephen Colbert and mocks Trump

CBS's "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert could barely contain his glee as he started his show on Tuesday night. "It's Comey Day, everybody!" he announced to his studio audience, who cheered wildly. Sure enough, Colbert and former FBI director James Comey - promoting his new book "A Higher Loyalty" - had plenty to discuss in regards to President Trump, the Russia investigation and much more. While making fun of Trump is one of Colbert's favorite activities, Comey was pretty even-keeled - until Colbert asked him about the president's tweeting habits. "In the last few days, he has called you 'Slippery...

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God, and then, on Dec. 14, 1960, I, James Comey, was born. The initials, as Reinhold Niebuhr would tell us, are no coincidence. I have been called a human humblebrag. I certainly couldn’t speak to the truth of that statement, except to say that where I come from, we don’t like bullies and their mean words. Bullies are mean and small, not like myself (I stand 6-foot-8, with a head of lush dark hair and eyes that pierce into the souls of everyone I...

It is time to fight for democracy, in Israel, in the United States and throughout the world. To fight against the delegitimization of political opponents, for the right to express positions, even if we disagree with them."

Spring hasn’t been the greatest so far in West Michigan and Meteorologist Garry Frank has been hearing about it. And Tuesday, he’d had enough. Mike Avery and Deanna Falzone were the recipients of this tirade, but Erica Francis and Nicole DiDonato hadn’t helped the situation earlier in the morning. Be sure to watch through Robb Westaby’s attempt to follow with Traffic. As of Thursday afternoon, the video of the rant posted on Facebook had over 172,000 views. FOX 17 posted it on YouTube late Thursday and it already has over 6,000 views. He’s been on BarstoolSports.com, where someone refers to...

President Donald Trump is poised to pardon Scooter J. Libby, the former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, according to sources familiar with the president’s thinking. The president has already signed off on the pardon, which is something he has been considering for several months, sources told ABC News. The move would mark another controversial pardon for Trump and could raise questions as an increasing number of the president’s political allies have landed themselves in legal jeopardy. The White House has repeatedly said that no pardons are currently on the table for people caught up in the Russia...

The House of Representatives just passed a $1.3 trillion spending bill which none of them read. In it, the majority party violated virtually every campaign promise they made to get elected. The things they promised to cut were fully funded, and the things they promised to fund did not get done. The level of corruption and derogation of duty is staggering. This is the reality. And apparently, this is the setup for a really good joke too. Soon, the very same House of Representatives is set to take up a proposal to call for a Balanced Budget Amendment to the...

China has installed equipment on two of its fortified outposts in the Spratly Islands capable of jamming communications and radar systems, a significant step in its creeping militarization of the South China Sea, U.S. officials say. The move strengthens China’s ability to assert its extensive territorial claims and hinder U.S. military operations in a contested region that includes some of the world’s busiest shipping routes. The disclosure comes as the Chinese military is conducting what U.S. officials describe as its largest military exercise to date in the South China Sea, maneuvers that include China’s first aircraft carrier as well as...

The Washington Free Beacon reported that MSNBC reversed its decision to hold a live town hall at Westfield State University with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D.-Mass.) on April 13 after the school received backlash from some students. The cable network came under fire on social media for plans to appear on the college's Dever Stage just a few days before the drama program began performances of the musical Urinetown. In Massachusetts, Urinetown trumps live MSNBC programming. Anaila Aleman, a Westfield State senior and theater major, said she and other cast members in the Urinetown production were told on Thursday night they...

(CNN)Ted Nugent compared multiple groups he opposes to "rabid coyotes" on Friday, adding that you "keep your gun handy" to shoot them on sight. Nugent, a musician and National Rifle Association board member, made the remarks during a seemingly casual -- yet fiery -- interview with Alex Jones. During the interview, Jones -- a right-wing conspiracy theorist -- said he wanted to know why liberals hate America and "love communism." "Don't ask why," Nugent said. "Just know that evil, dishonesty and scam artists have always been around and that right now they're liberal, they're Democrat, they're RINOs, they're Hollywood, they're...

Russia claims Queen 'downs cocktails all day' and Theresa May 'has a brandy habit' A Russian senator said the Queen loves wine and gin-based cocktails. Russia has slammed the Queen for downing gin, wine and champagne every day in a 'fake news' propaganda blast against the UK. Senator Aleksey Pushkov, an ally of President Vladimir Putin , said the monarch treats drinking like a "ceremony" while Prime Minster Theresa May has a brandy habit. The politician claimed tell-tale mannerisms reveal the pair as 'unpleasant' heavy drinkers. According to the Sun, Pushkov told Staterun TV: "Before dinner she [Her Majesty] drinks...

Way back during the presidential campaign, celebrities showed their support for Democrat Hillary Clinton with all kinds of sartorial salutes. Remember Lena Dunham’s bonkers campaign-trail lewks? The “Nasty Woman” T-shirt that Katy Perry loved? It seems that Hillary-Clinton-as-fashion-muse isn’t necessarily soooo 2016. Witness “The Flower’s” Zoey Deutch, who appeared at a Wednesday night awards ceremony in Washington hosted by the Clinton-founded women’s nonprofit Vital Voices. Deutch, wearing a floral pantsuit, accessorized her outfit with an unusual touch: a manicure that featured a white background with what looked like navy blue lettering spelling out “HRC,” Clinton’s initials, on the thumb.

In November 2013, the president of the National Rifle Association, David Keene, was introduced as an honored guest at the conference of the Right to Bear Arms, a gun lobby in Moscow. "There are no peoples that are more alike than Americans and Russians," Keene said. "We're hunters. We're shooters. We value the same kinds of things." Keene underscored his friendship with Alexander Torshin, a top politician in the ruling party of Vladimir Putin; for the past three years, Keene said, "I've hosted your senator Alexander Torshin at the National Rifle Association's annual meetings." In words that now carry a...

MSNBC pundit Joy Reid celebrated the holiest day in Christianity by providing a platform to an atheist Trump-hater who trashed Fox News host Laura Ingraham for “betraying” Jesus. “That’s where we are this Easter morning,” liberal activist Frank Schaeffer said on AM Joy. “We are in a moment of betrayal of the teaching of Jesus.” Schaeffer made the remarks while responding to Reid’s question about why President Trump enjoys such tremendous support among evangelical Christians “despite all of his flaws.” That’s when Schaeffer, the author of “Why I Am An Atheist Who Believes In God,” chimed in to trash both...

Monday is the second annual “International Fact Checking Day,” which the “fact-checkers” celebrate right after April Fools’ Day. To illustrate how these “fact” guardians are sometimes hard to separate from the average liberal journalist, check out this recent piece of Urgent National Business: Does Mike Pence call his wife ‘Mother’? Yes, PolitiFact devoted an article to whether or not the vice president has called Karen Pence “Mother” around the dinner table. John Kruzel explained: We decided to break from our usual mission of analyzing the nitty gritty of public policy to look into this unusual feature of Pences' relationship that...

MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — Gun rights supporters protesting gun restriction legislation have gathered outside the Vermont Statehouse to urge the governor not to sign the bill. Police estimate hundreds of protesters turned out Saturday to show their opposition a day after the Vermont legislature passed the gun restrictions package. Protesters were giving away 1,200 30-round magazines. The legislation would ban high-capacity magazines and rapid-fire devices known as bump stocks, in addition to raising the legal age. It also would expand background checks for private gun sales. People who own high-capacity magazines before the law takes effect can keep them. Gun...
