Documents recently emerged showing that the Democratic National Committee opposed Bernie Sanders and actively worked against his campaign. Jared Beck joins Stefan Molyneux to discuss the class action lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz for supporting Hillary Clinton’s campaign instead of remaining neutral. Jared Beck is a practicing lawyer with Beck & Lee Trial Lawyers and also founded the progressive grassroots Super PAC JamPAC. Beck is one of the attorneys involved in a class action lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee.

The new voter data was gathered from the Kansas-run interstate voter registration crosscheck program, which is used to identify “possible duplicate registrations among states.” The program began in December 2005 and conducted its first crosscheck in 2006. It is administered by the office of Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who was tapped recently to help lead President Trump’s voter fraud commission. The newest data is from crosschecks of voter registrations across 28 states that participate in the program. At least 7.2 million registrations appeared in two states at once, according to the data.

    Illinois Review ^ | May 12, 2017 AD | John F Di Leo
The May 7 Presidential election in France gained the notice of American media far more than any other French election in fifty years. The American press is notorious for its poor coverage of world affairs, so the rare times that the MSM does choose to shine their light on a foreign country, it merits comment. In this case, the reason is easy to see: the press didn’t pay attention to France because of its geopolitical importance, or our shared history with the country, but because they had a chance to design a narrative that matched their politics: they imagined a...

California voters with limited English language skills were too often left on their own when it came to getting help casting ballots last November, concludes a sweeping new survey based on eyewitness accounts logged by hundreds of election volunteers. The survey comes from data collected on election day by 576 volunteers who fanned out across 25 California counties, home to communities of voters whose primary languages included Spanish, Chinese and Hindi. In addition to missing ballot samples, volunteers also found spotty use of bilingual poll workers in communities of color where the voting population is so small as to be...

Despite the fact that it is illegal for non-citizens to vote in American elections, Nebraska Democratic Party chairwoman Jane Kleeb is quite proud of her Party’s initiative in including voter registration forms in the “Welcome to Nebraska” packages handed out to newly arrived immigrants. “Rather than sit back and submit to the racist and xenophobic restrictions enacted by white men, I am pleased to say that the Democratic Party is reaching out to ensure that the human right to vote of these new Americans will be realized in our state,” Kleeb bragged. Kleeb acknowledged that “technically, registering non-citizens to vote...

. . . In case you don’t remember, or are too young to remember, Zip disks and drives were developed by Iomega in 1994. They were a similar size to floppy disks – thicker – but held considerably more data; they started at 100 MB and eventually went up to 750 MB. (Which, in those days, was a lot.) Another interesting distinction about them is that they could be used for either PCs or Apple computers. Several of the major voting machines used back in the day, such as the ESS Model 650 Central Scanner, used Zip disks. And a...

RICHMOND — Gov. Terry McAuliffe has vetoed a bill that would require voters to submit photo ID when requesting a physical absentee ballot, calling it an “unnecessary and impractical barrier” to absentee voting. House Bill 1428, sponsored by Del. Hyland F. “Buddy” Fowler Jr., R-Hanover, would require any voter submitting an application for an absentee ballot by mail or by fax to submit with the application a copy of one of the forms of ID acceptable under current law. The bill would exempt from the requirement military and overseas voters and people with disabilities. “The requirement would not in any...

With his call for Vice President Mike Pence to lead an investigation of vote fraud, President Trump has not given up on documenting his much-maligned claim that more than 3 million illegal-alien voters cost him the nationwide popular vote last November. Amid vehement objection and ridicule from the left, there are many election experts who agree with the president that widespread vote fraud exists, including illegal-alien voting. But they think it’s unwise to make any estimates of the number of illegal voters, because there is no hard data at the moment. Yet, that likely will change with access now to...

Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-Va) vetoed a bill that would have prompted investigations in counties where the number of persons registered to vote exceeded the total number of citizens eligible to vote. The Governor defended his veto, saying that "the right to vote is a fundamental human right. Republican attempts to limit this right based on country of origin is inherently racist and unfair." The bill's sponsor, Sen. Mark Obenshain (R-Harrisonburg), called the Governor's action "outrageous. Voting is a civil right exercised by the citizens of this state. Immigrants need to go through the procedures laid out in the law to...

More than 1,000 people in eight Virginia counties illegally registered to vote, report finds Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe vetoed a bill that would require investigations of jurisdictions in the state whose voter rolls contain more registered voters than citizens who are eligible to vote. The bill, first introduced by Republican state Sen. Mark D. Obenshain, was prompted by a report that shed light on eight Virginia counties that had more registered voters on their voter rolls than eligible voters. Obenshain's bill would require "the local electoral boards to direct the general registrars to investigate the list of persons voting...
